How does this combo work?

Activate Zedruu by paying , giving control of Notion Thief to the next opponent in turn order.
2
During that opponent's draw step, they draw a card.
3
Consecrated Sphinx triggers, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
4
Consecrated Sphinx triggers twice.
5
Resolve the first trigger, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
6
Repeat from step 4 until the opponent loses the game due to drawing from an empty library.
7
When the opponent loses the game, you regain control of Notion Thief.
8
Activate Zedruu by paying , giving control of Notion Thief to an opponent.
9
Resolve a Consecreated Sphinx trigger, causing the opponent who controls Notion Thief to draw two cards.

Repeat from step 4.
