How does this combo work?

2 | Myrkul triggers, exiling Astral Dragon and creating a token copy of it that's an enchantment and loses all other card types. |
3 | The Astral Dragon token enters the battlefield, creating two copies of itself that are 3/3 Dragons in addition to their other types. |
4 | The creature Astral Dragon tokens enter the battlefield, triggering their abilities. |
5 | Resolve the first Astral Dragon trigger, creating two copies of any applicable permanent that are 3/3 Dragons in addition to their other types. |
6 | Resolve the second Astral Dragon trigger, creating two copies of the noncreature Astral Dragon that are 3/3 Dragons in addition to their other types. |
7 | Repeat from step 4. |
