How does this combo work?

Activate Chthonian Nightmare by paying ee, sacrificing a nontoken creature with mana value 4 or less and returning Chthonian Nightmare from the battlefield to your hand, returning Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to the battlefield.

When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least four Treasure tokens.
