How does this combo work?

Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Fiend Hunter.
2
When the Fiend Hunter token enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Kiki-Jiki until Fiend Hunter leaves the battlefield.
3
Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the Fiend Hunter token.
4
When the Fiend Hunter token dies, it triggers, returning Kiki-Jiki from exile to the battlefield.

Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.

Repeat.
