When Boros Garrison enters the battlefield, it and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger.
3
Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
4
Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Boros Garrison.
5
Activate Boros Garrison by tapping it, adding .
6
Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger from step 2, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
