How does this combo work?
1
Activate Selvala by tapping it, causing you to reveal the top card of your library, then causing you to add and gain 1 life for each nonland card revealed this way, then causing each player to draw a card.
2
The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
3
When the Insect enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
4
Repeat.
