Activate Mairsil using Quicksilver Elemental's ability by paying , causing it to gain all activated abilities of itself until end of turn.

Repeat.

If desired, you may use any of Staff of Domination's other abilities using Mairsil, and then use Quicksilver Elemental's ability to use them infinitely.
