Activate Aminatou's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, targeting Teferi.

Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay 2 to copy Aminatou's ability, targeting Spark Double.

Resolve both Aminatou abilities, blinking Teferi and Spark Double, choosing to have Spark Double enter the battlefield as a copy of Aminatou.

Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, targeting up to four permanents.

Rings of Brighthearth triggers, choose not to pay for the trigger.

Resolve the Teferi ability, untapping up to four permanents you control.

Activate up to four permanents by tapping them, adding at least 2.
