How does this combo work?

Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2
Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an additional activation of planeswalkers' loyalty abilities until end of turn.

Activate Aminatou's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, blinking The Chain Veil.

Activate Aminatou's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, blinking Peregrine Drake.

When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands.

Activate the lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.

Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an additional activation of planeswalkers' loyalty abilities until end of turn.

Activate Aminatou's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, blinking Peregrine Drake and killing Aminatou due to it having zero loyalty, causing it to be returned to the command zone from your graveyard.

When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands.

Repeat steps 4 through 6 until Aminatou dies due to it having zero loyalty and is returned to the command zone from your graveyard.
