You have enough mana to pay for the cycling card's cycling cost.

   Steps

How does this combo work?
1
Activate the cycling card's cycling ability by paying its cycling cost and discarding it.
2
Surly Badgersaur's second ability triggers, creating a Treasure token.
3
Resolve the cycling ability, causing you to mill two cards and return the cycling card from your graveyard to your hand due to its dredge ability.
4
Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color.
5
Repeat.
