How does this combo work?

2 | Glaring Fleshraker's first ability triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token. |
3 | When the Eldrazi Spawn enters the battlefield, Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent. |
4 | Resolve the artifact creature spell, triggering Glaring Fleshraker's second ability, dealing 1 damage to each opponent. |
