2
Activate Derevi by paying 2, blinking itself.
3
Derevi enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
4
Resolve the Derevi trigger, untapping Chromatic Orrery.
5
Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Derevi.
6
Repeat.
7
Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Chromatic Orrery's last ability to draw infinite cards.
