How does this combo work?

Activate Ghave's first ability by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.

The Saproling enters the battlefield, triggering Juniper Order Ranger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Juniper Order Ranger and the Saproling.

Activate Ghave's first ability by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from the Saproling.

Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Saproling, adding .

Resolve the Ghave ability, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.

Repeat from step 2.
