Spider-Verse | Illustrated by Alexander Gering
It's Wednesday, September 3rd, and that means it's time for our daily recap of Marvel's Spider-Man, the newest upcoming Magic: The Gathering set! This set's spoiler season has amped up immensely, and there are a ton of cool cards to look over! So, let's not waste much more time and get to the new previews!
Marvel's Spider-Man Creators and Outlets
Of course, before we do that, we should give credit to the preview sources for today. These are the content creators and media outlets that revealed today's spoilers, according to DailyMTG, Wizards of the Coast's official news hub for Magic:
- @mtgjp
- alicespixels
- Anna Margaret
- Ben Bateman
- Corey Baumeister
- CovertGoBlue
- DOBEAT studio
- EDHijinx
- Eric Engelhard
- Magic: The Gathering Socials
- MTGso
- namelessyu official
- YuchenLiu
Granted, some of these outlets' previews may not yet be live or open to the public just yet, but much of this, in theory, can be boiled down to time zone discrepancies. Furthermore, a few of these cards may be from previous days in the set's preview season, but at the very least, they're new to someone. Anyway, let's get to the cards!

A Slight Aside
As a bit of a sidebar, as someone originally from New York City, I am positively enamored by the amount of homage this set happens to pay to the city. Even in a fictitious iteration, the way that Wizards of the Coast has chosen to render Marvel's version of NYC is something I will honestly cherish for a very long time. So kudos to the team behind these stunning visuals!
Conclusion
Marvel's Spider-Man releases later this month on Friday, September 26th, with prerelease events happening the week prior. Are you excited for this set? Do any of these cards inspire you to make any new Commander decks? Sound off in the comments below!
